Job Description
Residential Children's Home Deputy Manager (EBD)
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a residential children's home for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, child-centred care, supporting and developing the staff team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting positive outcomes for young people. You'll be expected to do 2 shifts a week with a management day and on call.
Salary: £32,000–£38,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
