Leadership & Strategy
Lead implementation of plant-level HSE strategy aligned with corporate directives. Drive Green Pathway implementation to enhance safety maturity. Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement and behavior-based safety initiatives. Safety Performance & KPIs
Own and drive reduction in Reportable Incident Rate (RIR). Implement and scale Hazards Made Safe (HMS) initiatives across the plant. Monitor leading and lagging indicators and ensure timely corrective actions. Contractor Safety Management
