Deputy Manager BIW Capacity Planning & Expansion Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Area of Responsibility & Description Supplier Capacity Identify and address supplier capacity gaps in line with program plans; manage RFQs and basic techno-commercial evaluations Support capacity enhancement through tooling, dies, and process improvements; contribute to FTG process planning and execution Ensure readiness for ECN changes, model updates, and carryover parts after CDMM handover Participate in vendor evaluation, tool buy-offs, and PPAP activities with SQA/PED Execution & Governance Track and support timely execution of FTG, die development, and multi-sourcing activities with defined milestones Maintain regular engagement with supplier sites to ensure smooth execution Support data-based reviews and escalation for timely decision-making Stakeholder Management Coordinate with CPPC and SCM teams to align supplier capacity with long-term plans and forecasts Work with SCM, Manufacturing, Quality...
