Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the overall accounting functions of the department.
• Prepare and review financial reports, records, and management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 3–5 accounting professionals.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts function.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and smooth departmental operations.
