Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership and Direction: Elaborate and execute adequate strategies for each trade, focusing on market growth, right cargo-mix and customer-mix, and enhanced financial outcomes.
- Provide leadership to the trade teams, ensuring strategies are well understood and executed effectively, aligning with the company's objectives, values and strategy.
- Make decisive rate policy and adjustment decisions, aligning them with the strategic and financial goals of the trades (Budget).
- Maintain close collaboration and alignment with the Long-Haul General Manager and the Chief Trade Officer.
- Financial Performance and Strategic Analysis: Responsible for the Trades’ P&L.
- Based on 2026 budget, the LH overall job scope entails all concerned service to achieve a total revenue of $2.74B and a total liftings of 2.28M Teus.
