Deputy General Manager

Our client in the hospitality sector is recruiting for a Deputy General Manager to join the team at a prestigious hotel. The role focuses on effectively managing hotel finance and administration, implementing policies and strategies, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective interdepartmental cooperation.

The successful candidate will form part of the Hotel Leadership Team and work closely with the General Manager, department heads, and staff to drive operational excellence and uphold the brand's high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage the hotel's finance and administration, including budgets, financial analysis, management systems, and reporting.
• Access and interpret human resource policies and legislative requirements for efficient implementation.
• Apply the latest technology and regulations to control the streamlined sourcing and purchasing of stock.
