Job Description
Are you an experienced team leader within a Children’s home looking to progress under an ex-Outstanding management team?
* Job Title: Registered Children’s Home Manager
* Home Type: 2 Bedded EBD home – therapeutic PACE/DDP approach
* Location: Walsall Wood
* Basic Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 (DOE) + £50 per sleep-in ON TOP
* Overall Package: Up to £44k per annum
* Hours: 10am-10:30pm on a rough 2 on 4 off pattern – flexibility required
* Progression: opportunity to register a brand-new home as a Registered Manager. Enrol onto a fully funded Level 5 in Leadership & Management and learn a DDP informed approach!
