Deputy Care Manager

About The Role

We are looking for a Deputy Care Manager to support the delivery of a high-quality, person-centred care service within our Adult Services team at Meadow View, Tickhill, Doncaster.  You will be responsible for managing and improving service delivery to ensure that residents recieve a complete person-centred care service and will support the Care Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations. This includes developing staff, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with care standards and health & safety requirements. Working closely with colleagues, families and multi-disciplinary teams, you will help ensure high quality of care for the people we support. This is a leadership role where you will act as an excellent role model, monitoring and influencing performance, while being prepared to provide hands-on support when required.
