The Role
As Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the site, ensuring delivery against operational, financial, and service KPIs. You will manage day-to-day operations, oversee budgets and lead a multi-shift workforce while ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
You will also drive continuous improvement, develop high-performing teams, and work closely with commercial and support functions to support business objectives and growth.
