Job Description
Title: Deployed Customer Engineer (DCE)
Location: Remote Singapore (Global travel as required)
Reports to: Tech Health Lead
Role OverviewAs a DCE, you are the technical bridge between Couchbase’s engineering excellence and our customers’ most ambitious business goals. You will embed in customer engineering teams, writing production‑grade code, building high‑performance database architectures, and ensuring our platform powers mission‑critical, AI‑driven applications.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Implementation & Development – Write clean, scalable code to build integrations, APIs, and data models that connect Couchbase with customer ecosystems.
- Product Configuration – Expertly configure Couchbase Server, Capella, and Mobile products to optimize for latency, throughput, and reliability.
