JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

Plan, direct and manage all the operations related to company lubricants production, supply chain, logistics, storage and distribution for UAE and International markets. Lead the Domestic and International Toll Blending across countries in Africa, Middle East, Europe, China, Indian Sub-Continent and Southeast Asia. Support Sales, and manage Raw Materials Demand and Supply strategy for each location. Constant monitoring of COGS across various Toll Blending locations to boost sales and promote company Distribution image and reputation. Manage company Gr III base oil, specialty products & marine lubricants operations. Ensure 100% compliance with company HSE requirements. Support the transformation of ANDOC lubricants business in accordance with the strategic business plan & growth.
