**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As the Department Chair of Core Clinical Specialties at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, you will lead the organization, oversight, and delivery of clinical care within Core Clinical Specialties serving hospital based services such as Critical Care, Hospital Medicine, Radiology, Emergency, Anesthesia and Pathology in the Puget Sound market of CommonSpirit's NW Region.

Every day you provide responsibility for establishing the Department’s vision, objectives, and initiatives in strict accordance with the health system’s overarching strategy. This individual will advocate for departmental requirements while ensuring congruence with the broader strategic priorities of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH).
