Responsibilities

• Teach and train undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Active participation in research on clinical, materials and prosthodontic health themes.
• Conduct, assist and stimulate research.
• Plan and implement oral and dental education programmes.
• Participate in faculty and departmental community engagement programmes.
• Perform administrative duties related to the post.
• Provide patient service at Tygerberg & Mitchell’s Plain sites.
• Control and manage clinical services as delegated by the Head of Department.
• Maintain satisfactory clinical, professional and ethical standards.
• Maintain discipline over staff under your control.
