Job Description
A reception position is available at Confident Smile Dental for 2 days a week to start with, however there are prospects of increased working hours in the future.
General responsibilities include:

- Management of appointment books including scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Day to day patient management, including greeting patients, establishing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Assisting dental nurses with changeover and sterilisation.
- Processing HICAPS quotes, claims and account management.
- Administrative duties.
Successful candidates will possess the following:
- Prior experience in a reception/ administrative role is MUST, preferably within a dental, medical or allied health clinic.
- Good punctuality and strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
