Front Desk & Patient Service
Welcome and register patients professionally
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, email and walk-in enquiries
Provide excellent patient service and support
Maintain a clean, tidy and professional reception and waiting area
Handle patient feedback and escalate issues appropriately
Appointment & Doctor Schedule Support
Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments accurately
Monitor appointment books and support doctor slot utilisation
Follow up on no-shows and available slots
Support treatment continuation and follow-up appointments
Billing & Claims
Prepare accurate billing and ensure charges are billed correctly according to treatment and clinic SOP
