Demi Chef de Partie — Kitchen Station Specialist

Novotel Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to assist the CDP in daily kitchen operations and ensure meals are prepared to standard. You will work under the Chef de Partie, set up stations, follow recipes, and maintain hygiene and safety.

The role requires ability to rotate stations, participate in cross-training, and contribute to daily logs and charts. The candidate should be suited for a hotel kitchen with strong HACCP knowledge.
