Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high‑quality dishes within your assigned kitchen section
• Supporting the Chef de Partie in the daily operation of your section and ensuring consistency in food quality and presentation
• Taking ownership of your workstation – maintaining stock levels, ensuring proper food storage, and minimising waste
