• Ensure adherence to HACCP standards and continuous improvement.
• Communicate all important information with the direct supervisor.
• Handle guest requests with care and accommodate them.
• Maintain highest levels of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to lead the team in the assigned area.
• Consistently train subordinates to maintain standards.
• Take charge of the section in the absence of the Chef de Partie.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotels.
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, creativity and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
