Demi Chef de Partie – Creative Dishes in Hotel Kitchen

InterContinental Hotels Group (Holiday Inn and Suites Dubai Science Park) seeks a Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes within your section, support the Chef de Partie, and uphold brand standards and safety regulations.

You’ll train junior team members, maintain stock and storage, minimise waste, and work flexibly across nights, weekends and holidays in a dynamic hotel environment.
