Demand Specialist (12 Months FTC)

To render and maintain effective and efficient procurement function that will ensure value for money when acquiring assets, goods and services.

Maintain the supplier database . Engage internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs. Maintain relationships with a focus on monitoring Bid Specification & Workflow Management processes that aid in ensuring supply chain stability and efficiency Prepare and maintain purchase records and reports. Conduct review and analysis of end user specification for goods and services Develop tender documents in preparation for tender advertisements in line with SCM prescripts. Ensure compliance with all procurement legislation, regulations, and practice notes
