Demand Planner

1. Forecasting, Planning & Replenishment - Lead replenishment to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs - Continuously monitor and correct ARS parameters to ensure smooth replenishment and minimize stock outs - Plan order scheduling, vendor scheduling and warehouse receiving to ensure smooth flow of inventory from Vendor to DC to stores - Lead demand forecasting using historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models to predict needs for perishable and non-perishable grocery items. 2. Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of demand planners, setting performance goals and ensuring alignment with business objectives. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to balance demand and supply.
