Delivery Truck Helper (Malabon)

Responsibilities

• Closely coordinate with the Delivery Driver for efficiency of everyday delivery and related operations. Ensures all outgoing delivery schedules and line‑up are met without fail.
• Assists Warehouse staffs on dispatching products/inventories in the warehouse for delivery to customers; and keeps proper arrangement of stocks in the delivery trucks.
• Responsible for safe keeping of all the outgoing documents during deliveries, including Delivery Receipts (DR) and Return Slip (RS) for returned items.
• Handles unloading at the delivery sites, ensuring minimal costs of delivery and product damages.
• Ensures that customers properly receive all deliveries, and that all the receiving documents (DRs) are submitted regularly to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Reports to the office significant information related to products received (such as quality, weight, etc.) and all incidents observed/encountered during deliveries....
