Position Overview
As a Delivery Manager you will lead and mobilise a newly established Continual Improvement Squad for a UK Government department. The role involves ensuring service stability, continual improvement and successful transition into long‑term managed service operations.
Hybrid position. Requires UK Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mobilise the squad from onboarding through to live service operation.
- Manage and prioritise squad delivery across operational support, remediation, transition and continual improvement activities.
- Coordinate and govern release readiness, service validation, deployment planning and operational support processes.
- Collaborate and influence stakeholders across CGI, the client, suppliers and delivery teams.
