Have managed large (100+ FTE) Application maintenance and support outsourcing teams with diverse technologies, including data suppor
- tDeep understanding in ITIL processes and familiarity in six sigma quality standards
- .Proficient in various SLA/KPI models prevalent in the IT service
- sAbility to independently run overall account governance meetings with client. Drive creation of related reporting and governance decks
- .Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- sExcellent people skills and the ability to manage large (100+) teams
- .Overall atleast 15+ years of IT service/project experience, of which atleast 5 years in managing large AMS teams
- .Understand and worked in various AMS contracting models such as T&M, FP, FM, FC…etc
