The Role
We're looking for a Delivery Manager to lead cross‑functional engineering teams delivering custom software for our clients. This is a hands‑on, embedded role focused on making delivery happen: running agile teams day to day, keeping work flowing, removing blockers, and making sure what we build lands on time, at quality, and with the client alongside us the whole way. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and clients, not from a distance but in the middle of the team, owning the path from plan to production.
The focus is on practical software delivery: shaping how a team works, managing scope, risk and dependencies, holding the standard, and being the trusted point of contact who keeps clients confident and engineers unblocked. Software development is a team sport here, and this role is about creating the conditions for a team to do its best work.
