Job Description Synopsis

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technology products and Self‑service portfolio across the Airport Operations. The role ensures successful delivery of operational technology initiatives while maintaining system stability, operational resilience, and alignment with business objectives. The Self‑service portfolio includes Self‑service check‑in kiosks, Self‑service Bag drop, Lounge access system, Roaming agent, Biometrics, Amadeus PSS‑related platforms and Lounge access system. The role requires close collaboration with operational stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver measurable business and operational value.
