Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own on-time, on-budget delivery for complex B2B software projects
- Facilitate scrums and manage risks, dependencies, and project scope
- Gather requirements and write thorough, testable acceptance criteria
- Manage client relationships and maintain steady communication streams
- Mentor junior PMO team members and advance best practices
- Calibrate AI tool usage to ensure delivery speed without increasing risk
- Document project plans, status, and roadmaps to ensure adherence to SoW
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum)
- Experience planning projects for B2B software and custom applications
- Strong ability to craft clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in risk management and milestone tracking
