Role & responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, integration, migration, and enhancement projects, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Define and drive the Salesforce delivery strategy, governance framework, and best practices across multiple projects and client engagements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee solution design, technical architecture, resource planning, project execution, quality assurance, and release management.
- Manage cross-functional teams comprising Salesforce Developers, Administrators, Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Consultants.
