Job Description
We are looking for responsible and reliable individuals to join our delivery operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and load packages from the designated station or warehouse.
- Deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and commercial addresses within the assigned area.
- Plan and follow an efficient delivery route to complete all assigned packages within the required timeframe.
- Scan and update package statuses accurately using the provided system or mobile application.
- Ensure packages are handled carefully and delivered to the correct recipient or location.
- Follow delivery procedures, including obtaining proof of delivery where required.
- Handle unsuccessful deliveries and return undelivered packages according to operational procedures.
- Communicate promptly with the operations team regarding delivery issues, incorrect addresses, damaged packages, or other exceptions.
