- Act as the key contact for receiving purchase orders from customers.
- Review, consolidate, and input customer orders into the internal system.
- Adjust delivery schedules against production capacity and inventory to meet customer requirements.
- Provide timely updates on order status, shipment details, and confirmed delivery dates to customers.
