Job Description
As a Delivery Consultant, you will focus strictly on 180-degree delivery and executive search, operating with a high level of autonomy. You will be responsible for mapping out international markets and identifying elite talent within management consulting and professional services. Depending on the project, your workflow will range from pure market mapping and passing qualified talent to Account Managers, through to managing the full end-to-end candidate lifecycle.
Crucially, this role does not focus on corporate function placements like CFOs or general finance leadership. Instead, you will target and engage fee-earning delivery professionals and practice leaders - specifically Partners, Managing Directors, Principals, Senior Managers , and similar executive titles.
Your target market will involve identifying and moving professionals from the Big Four (KPMG, Deloitte, EY, Pw C) or mid-tier advisory firms (BDO, Grant Thornton) into alternative consultancies, private...
