Job Description
Lead and support stores to deliver exceptional deli offers, with a strong focus on quality, freshness, and innovation. Champion best-in-class merchandising standards, ensuring displays are visually inspiring, abundant, and customer-focused. Coach and develop Deli Managers and teams to build capability, confidence, and consistency. Drive sales, margin, and waste improvement through strong operational practices and product execution. Support the rollout of new products, concepts, and seasonal initiatives across both banners. Partner with store leadership teams to identify opportunities to elevate the deli experience and unlock growth. Encourage creativity and continuous improvement, bringing new ideas and trends into stores (e.g. creating new recipes and rolling these out).
