Position Summary
As Deli Lead, you focus on supporting the Deli Manager with the daily operations and profitability of the Deli Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, address the needs of customers, and answer their questions in a timely and effective manner.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of the financial needs of the Deli Department.
- Supervise, delegate tasks, and develop the Deli Team in the absence of the Deli Manager and Assistant Deli Manager.
