Job Description
This gorgeous family owned farm close to Clarens produces a range of their own artisanal goods including a speciality range of cheeses, wood-fired sour dough breads, freshly picked veg and herb garden produce, farm-made preserves and condiments, lemonade, ginger beer, ice cream, delectable cakes, espresso-based beverages just to name a few. ProStaffSelect are in search of a HEAD CHEF to manage, plan and coordinate kitchen operations, inspire, innovate and engineer exciting dishes, run & facilitate service, deal with suppliers and to make extensive use of all the farms’ homemade items. The ideal candidate will need to exhibit a deep understanding of artisan items made on the farm especially CHEESE PRODUCTION, CHARCUTERIE, SOUR DOUGH BAKING and FARM TO TABLE CUISINE.
