Scopely is looking for a DEI Program Operations Specialist to join our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team within the People function, in Barcelona working on a hybrid basis from the hub.

We’re looking for an experienced Program Operations Specialist to enable the operational excellence of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion function. This role is focused on delivery, coordination and support to ensure DEI programs, learning initiatives, and ERG operations are executed effectively, consistently, and at scale.

What You’ll Do

You will partner closely with the DEI Lead and DEI Partner, and collaborate cross-functionally across People, ERGs, Facilities, IT, Procurement, and hub teams.
