Defence Psychologist (Psychological Health)

You are the psychological health consultant to your affiliated Division/Formation/Command, responsible for developing comprehensive psychological health strategies and providing direct support to service personnel to enhance overall organisational well‑being.

• Develop and implement psychological health strategies and workplans to meet the psychological health objectives of your affiliated Division/Formation/Command
• Engage with commanders and supervisors at various levels to understand organisational needs and context for targeted psychological health interventions
• Plan and execute well‑being initiatives including well‑being days, organising activities, talks, and visits to promote psychological wellness
• Monitor psychological well‑being status across the organisation
• Present findings at key forums, and collaborate with leadership to develop necessary interventions
