Default Analyst-Foreclosure

Description We are looking for an experienced Default Analyst-Foreclosure to support residential mortgage foreclosure activity for a Contract position based in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will oversee case progress, verify that milestones are completed accurately and on schedule, and work closely with internal teams and external legal partners to keep files moving in line with regulatory and investor expectations. This opportunity is well suited to someone with a strong background in mortgage servicing who can manage foreclosure timelines, documentation, and proceeds handling with precision.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor an assigned foreclosure portfolio each day, confirm required actions are completed on time, and address overdue items to keep files progressing appropriately.
