**Deburr Technician – 3rd Shift (Direct Hire)**
**Warren, MI | Up to $28.00/hour + 17% Shift Premium plus a $3,000 sign on bonus | Great Benefits | Overtime Available**
The Adecco Permanent Recruitment team is seeking a **Deburr Technician** for a **direct-hire opportunity** with a leading aerospace manufacturer in Warren, MI. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing company producing precision components for both commercial and military aerospace programs.
We're looking for a detail-oriented individual with experience in deburring, grinding, or machining who takes pride in producing high-quality aerospace components while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Must have experience with grinding by hand.
**Schedule**

+ **11:00 PM – 7:00 AM**
