Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides strategic leadership:
- Articulates a shared vision, mission and goals for the Faculty, consistent with the College’s strategic and Academic plans, and based on current best practices. Participates in advising, coordinating, and decision-making on College-wide operational and strategic matters.
- Provides leadership in the development of new programs and oversees curriculum in the Faculty. Allocates resources to support the success of programs and initiatives. Supports and assists the development of international initiatives within the Faculty.
- Develops an operational plan for the Faculty on an annual basis. Ensures the quality and integrity of programs and academic offerings within the Faculty. Supports and assists academic program review and renewal. Encourages and supports scholarship and applied research among faculty.
