Duties and responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff
- Monitor the sales, parts and workshop of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments
- Maintain and increase market penetration
- Improve stock turnover, increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal of a vehicle dealership
- Experience with corporate branded dealerships and volume brands like Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Ford, Suzuki, Haval etc.
- Solid track reference and excellent management skills
- Ability to ensure profitable business
- Clear criminal record
- Tertiary education and management training beneficial
