Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy using modalities such as DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing
- Serve as a clinical resource for DBT-informed treatment approaches and specialty patient populations
- Provide informal consultation to clinicians regarding case conceptualization and treatment planning
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate psychotherapy group therapy for adult patients
- Support the development and improvement of DBT specialty programs and workflows
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate care with internal and external providers to support continuity of treatment
Requirements
- Active New York State License (LCSW or LMHC)
- Certifications in DBT modalities
