Day Technician – SMP2 Electrical (Emirati National)

Perform electrical preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize plant availability and reliability.

Diagnose equipment faults and provide technical support for complex maintenance issues.

Support maintenance planning, spare parts management, and shutdown coordination with production teams.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS systems.

Assist in training and development of UAE National trainees and employees.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and company procedures.

Support plant improvement initiatives and continuous operational excellence programs.

Skills

• Diploma or Trade Certificate (ITI) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• 5 years of experience (Diploma holders) or 8 years of experience (Trade Certificate holders) in electrical maintenance within a steel plant environment.
