Davey Tree Heavy Equipment Operator Career

Pursue a career as a Heavy Equipment Operator with Davey Tree, operating large machinery to support our utility projects. Frequent travel to various locations will be required for this full-time position.
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will work closely with a Foreperson to execute safe operations for our clients. You will operate equipment such as Hydro Axes and Excavators, perform vehicle checks, and assist with job site management, including debris removal and maintenance tasks. Your adaptability to work at different sites is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control Hydro Axes, Excavators, and other heavy equipment
• Conduct thorough pre-operation equipment checks
• Help load/unload machinery at job sites
• Engage in groundwork support and cleanup activities
• Aid in preparation of sites alongside team members
