Datacenter Supervisor

Datacenter Supervisor is responsible for high-quality IT service delivery to customers in alignment with agreed SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments. The role oversees data-center operational performance, customer satisfaction, service governance and continuous service improvement across all managed facilities. The role ensures high engagement, availability, compliance, and cost-optimization strategic initiatives.

• Operations Management: supervise 24x7 data center operations, ensure uptime and availability of critical infrastructure, monitor electrical, mechanical and environmental systems, review operational logs, alarms and event reports, coordinate shift activities and handovers, review and update documents.
• Critical Facilities Management: manage UPS, generators, PDU, ATS, CRAC/CRAH chillers and cooling systems, maintain MDFs, IDFs, FECs, ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed, perform infrastructure...
