Your role
As the Datacenter Shift Manager, you will be at the center of our operations—leading people, driving performance, and ensuring our Data Center infrastructure operates safely, efficiently, and reliably around the clock. You will oversee a team of Shift Engineers providing 24/7 coverage and act as the escalation point for operational issues and critical incidents.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Shift Engineers operating in a 24/7 environment.
Take overall responsibility for day-to-day Data Center operations across electrical, mechanical, and facility systems.
Ensure effective monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance activities with specialist maintenance teams.
Act as the primary escalation point during incidents, coordinating rapid response and service restoration.
