As part of BNP Paribas Personal Finance’s transformation, you will lead a team of Data Scientists and Data Analysts to produce and adapt data analysis models, tools, and ensure data quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to the different members of the team, according to their skills and availability.
• Guarantee compliance with internal methodologies and procedures.
• Ensure a first level of quality review.
• Ensure the adequacy between the available resources and the expected workload.
• Ensure the proper use of the IT resources made available (servers).
• Support the team in producing and optimizing data analytics models/tools and participate in the process.
• Ensure a high level of scalability for our engines and code optimization (RAM, cores, any IT resource) to have light engines.
