Dashboard Performance / Appearance / Updates
+ Warranty Dealer Dashboard migration from QlikSense to PowerBI
+ Support Dashboard Improvements, document updates and performance tuning.
+ Support addition of new markets to warranty dealer dashboard.
+ Provide security layers to control users access to warranty data.
+ Support/develop and maintain claims list reports.
+ Support/develop and maintain Dealer Dashboard internal reports.
+ Support/develop and maintain DDCR/OTE Application.
+ Perform Migration from Alteryx to GCP Big Query (BQ)
+ Perform and own PWC Audit task
+ Perform Qliksense dashboard monitoring on a daily basis including monitoring dealer message boards to understand dealer pain points and create opportunities for solving these pain points
+ Explore and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities within dashboard applications to prepare for future technological advancements and enhance application functionalities
