What You’ll Do Own Data Science for a cluster on new and established products and services. Lead the Local Data Science team across the cluster. Act as a Data Science business partner for Managing Directors, Presidents, Commercial, Product, Technology, Local and Regional leaders, contributing to objectives including revenue, productivity, EBITDA and other goals. Meet with clients to understand strategic business needs, communicate internally, and offer innovative solutions driven by state‑of‑the‑art Data Science methodologies. Partner with general Data Science and technology leaders to enable new solutions. Collaborate with other Data Science leadership units to deliver and prioritize objectives. Develop team and talent strategy to drive the vision of the Data Science organization. Be responsible for team development and coaching.
