Role Overview

The Private Clients Manager will be part of the Private Client Services team at Las Rozas Village, responsible for developing and maintaining a dedicated portfolio of high-value clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering outstanding client experiences.

Location: Las Rozas Village, Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the high-value client (VIC) portfolio, driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, structured clienteling, and acquisition of new high‑potential profiles.
• Host clients throughout their journey, delivering bespoke experiences such as private appointments, fashion workshops, and exclusive activations.
• Leverage concierge services, events, and client benefits to enhance engagement, build loyalty, and maximise client lifetime value.
• Maintain client profiles in Salesforce, capturing preferences, behaviours, and interactions to manage pipeline, follow‑ups, and performance tracking.
