Privacy Expert

Location: Spain

Responsibilities

• Act as a privacy advisor for global and local business projects and services.
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and risk evaluations, and propose mitigation measures.
• Advise on and regulate international data transfers, including SCCs, BCRs, TIAs, and similar mechanisms.
• Assess and approve suppliers from a privacy and data protection perspective.
• Contribute to the harmonization of privacy practices globally within the company.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other areas of the Privacy Center of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in data protection, privacy, compliance, or related advisory/consulting roles, ideally in multinational contexts.
• Strong expertise in privacy laws and regulations (GDPR, UK GDPR, LOPDGDD, LGPD, CCPA, etc.).
